I'm going to wait to see it on DVD, I usually do so with horror movies, I've been more dissapointed than pleased with them. So I try to save my money.

I'm gonna try to see this film in the theaters.I always gamble with the horror movies.If you see it and it suck then you wasted your money on another stupid horror flick but if you see it and it's one of those great horror films then you can never get that theater experience back.Watching it at home with a screen a hundred times less the theaters size and a mediocre sound system its just not the same.

Preview made it look very bad. Personally I get a little frustrated when stories of this matter advertise themsleves as being based on true stories.

Got mixed reviews over here. (Not critics, the public) Some people were dissapointed that it wasn't scarier, some found it laughable, some liked the mix of courtroom drama and horror flick. I couldn't say though, I never saw it. Did pretty well in the box office though.
